Product Details
The Deep Scrub (green label), along with the scrub pad, will remove old built up cleaners and any factory over sprays, waxes, installation glue, dirt, oils and grime. It will solve common problems such as the floor streaking when cleaning, dullness and foot prints, and is also great for use on newly installed flooring. This product will get your floors (new or old) very clean. Your water will end up black and very dirty. Make sure to rinse very well to get all the grime off. This will also prep your floor for the Restorer finish.

The Restorer (yellow label) is a premium floor finish is designed to protect, seal and shine laminate, bamboo, hardwood and cork flooring. This product is unlike any other product that you will ever use. Enhances the shine and durability of your laminate. Minor scratches and scuffs will disappear. It will help seal joints and prevent moisture penetration to help protect your floor from being permanently damaged. It will bring out the grains and colors of your floor. It will look better than the day you installed it! Made from the highest quality polymers in the world and is made up of 24.5% solids, making it the most durable semi permanent coating for laminate flooring. A two coat application will last over a year in most settings.
Lamanator Plus also provides amazing results on LVP, Vinyl, PVC, Vinyl Composite, Slate, Concrete and Porcelain Ceramic floors!

Simple Process
- Vacuum or Sweep floor to remove any dirt, dust, and lint.
- Lightly spray the Deep Scrub or Deep Scrub Extreme on the floor.
- Scrub the floor with the Scrub Pad.
- Rinse the floor with the Microfiber Cloth.
- Spray a light coat of the Restorer on the floor & spread evenly w/ mop cloth.
- Let dry ½ hour.
- Apply second and final coat to the floor & spread evenly.
That's it! Floor can be walked on after 3 hours. The finish coat should last 1-2 years, depending on the amount of traffic on the floor and how well it is kept, which is easy to do with our Neutral Flooring Cleaner (Not included in this kit). Now when the floor starts looking dull again and needs to be redone, you don't need to clean the floor again with the Deep Scrub. Simply clean it with the Neutral Floor Cleaner, let dry, and re-apply the Restorer. Now you have a brand new looking floor again. You can apply the Restorer as often as you like to keep the floor looking new, it will not build on the floor like wax or other products.

Yes, the key to this is the Deep Scrub Cleaner. This will remove all of the stubborn residue that is causing these issues. Other cleaners on the market can actually make this problem worse as their products don't remove the residue but coat over it. Using our system you will clean the floor down to the factory finish. Once you clean with Lamanator Plus your floors will not only look great initially, but they will be much easier to maintain.

Each coat of the Restorer finish that you apply will raise the shine by about 30%. If your floor is dull, then it will look like more of a satin finish with the first coat. By applying a second coat, you will achieve a high gloss finish.

The finish had worn off my bathroom, so I bought the Restoration Kit to bring it back to life. I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews about cloudiness and streaking, but they were from several years ago. I have to say I am extremely happy with the results. I put three coats of restore on the floor because this is a rental unit and will probably do this each year along with other areas as needed.

United StatesVery Happy Camper - Wood Laminate Floor
My laminate wood floor is 16 years old and not suitable to be sanded and refinished as a solid hardwood floor could be. The previous owner must have used some destructive solvent and the finish was worn off in several places. It looked a lot like the picture on the Lamanator Plus home page. I used the two step process: 1-Clean and scrub the surface, and then 2- apply the restorer. I gave the floor two coats, applying the restorer slowly and lightly. Most of the floor looked much better, but the really bad spots were still a big problem. Feeling like I had nothing to lose, I continued to apply multiple thin coats on the worn areas, using very light pressure and not much product. The restorer takes very little time or effort to apply. I kept this up for several coats and the floor began to improve. Finally, it was difficult to tell where the bad areas were. Once I was happy, I applied a light coat over the entire floor to blend everything together. My floor is still 16 years old, but the improvement is so incredible that I felt compelled to explain all of this in case another person is having a similar problem ad does not know where to turn. I found the product by accident, and had no idea if it would work. I am just a not-too-talented person, and this product floored me (bad pun).

I purchased the restoration gallon kit and had amazing results. Our renter had tried to stain our medium color laminate floors a dark brown. The renters scraped a good bit of the stain off, but left a lot of residue in places, particularly along walls, which left the floors dull. We thought we'd have to replace all the laminate, but Deep Scrub Extreme loosened it so that we could mop the laminate clean and then restore the shine with Flooring Restorer. The Deep Scrub cleaner also worked exceptionally well on worn hardwood that was darker in places due to years of wear and dirt. This protector gave the hardwood floors an unbelievable shine. We bought another gallon restore kit to freshen up our own floors.

I tried the Restoration Kit on my hard wood floor, whihc was not in a bad shape but had scuff spots. The cleaner did in fact remove most of the dirt, but the final finish did little to bring out the shine. The floor looked practically the same as it did before the application.

I purchased the restore kit after physically hand scraping the layers upon layers of Rejuvenate I have used on my laminate floating floors for years! When I discovered tour website, I did nit hesitate to order as I needed all the help I could get. It took some work, but these products worked!
