For more than two decades, Lamanator Plus has been focused on solving one of the most frustrating problems with laminate and hard-surface flooring: keeping it looking clean.

The story began after years of working in the flooring industry and hearing the same complaints again and again — footprints, streaks, dullness, residue, and floors that seemed dirty again almost immediately after cleaning.

It became clear that the problem wasn't always the flooring. In many cases, it was the products being used to clean it.

Many traditional floor cleaners can leave behind residue that attracts dirt, shows footprints, and gradually dulls the appearance of the floor. We believed there had to be a better solution.

Working with flooring professionals, manufacturers, and chemists, the original Lamanator Plus formulas were developed to clean effectively without leaving behind the heavy residue associated with many conventional cleaners.

The result became Lamanator Plus — a floor-care system that earned the trust of customers across the country for years.

Today, Lamanator Plus is beginning a new chapter.

The brand is returning under new ownership with a renewed commitment to the original formulas, quality, and performance that helped build its reputation in the first place.

Our goal is simple:
