We recommend using this product on old floors and new floors. New floors are often extremely dirty from the manufacturing process. This product will not harm original finish, it only removes factory over-spray, dirt and grime that are present and cleaners or waxes that have been added. The main objective for the Deep Scrub is to get your floor as clean as you possibly can. The cleaning will also prep your floor and allow the Restorer to adhere to your floor with ease. From our experience, all new floors should be initially cleaned using Deep Scrub.
1 Gallon will cover approximately 3200 sq. ft.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Mist onto floor. Using a cloth micro-fiber mop spread evenly and allow 3 minutes to sit.
- Agitate with mild scrub pad.
- Mop up solution using a cloth micro-fiber mop.
- Use fresh cold water and rinse floor 2-3 times to insure no solution is left on floor.
- Repeat steps above if needed.
- Maintain your floors by using our Flooring Cleaner.
- Protect all floors with coasters of felts.

Deep scrub really did what it promised. My laminate floors look like wood but the streaks after steam cleaning never went away. It was clean but didn’t shine at all. After 20 years of using the wrong products on the floor it took a lot of rinsing to remove everything but now they look shiny and clean. No streeks.
This gives my floor the deep clean it needs. I previously purchased a small bottle of this but after using it, I realized I needed to purchase a larger bottle that could last for a longer period. I would encourage anyone to try this on their laminated floor to see the great results.
Yhis is the only product I have found that, if properly used, will renove the cloudy film from floors dirtied by incontinent dogs.

Floors look a lot better
I have new luxury vinyl tile floors and discovered the cloudiness on floor was factory overspray. I had tried Bona cleaner, once and done & Bruce floor cleaners which made it much worse. Then I used the lamanator plus Deep Scrub & it was amazing how it cleaned my floors( just like the video indicated)I now have shiny clean floors that aren’t sticky or cloudy. I highly recommend using this product.
We bought this large 8 year old home with laminate floors throughout. They were very dull and lifeless. Since I didn't know what had been used on them before, I used the deep scrub, followed by floor restore. The deep scrub didn't appear to take off any old debris, but still needed to be done to get the floors clean. The floor restore really shined them up, and they look great! I like the results I got from this product line, but only time will tell how it holds up.
I have been using the Deep Scrub to clean my floors for a couple of years now. I've tried a multitude of products and this by far is the best I have found. The main things are the ease of application and the fact that when done properly it leaves no residue.
I mistakenly order a gallon of the cleaner, thinking we needed it. but we did not. I returned it a week ago, just waiting for a refund...gOod customer service.

This is the best floor cleaner I have ever found for my laminate floors. It removes any and all dirt from my floors and gets it ready to use the flooring restorer afterwards to bring a shine to my laminate. You cannot go wrong with any of Lamanator Plus products - five stars *****
The reason I ordered the gallon size is because I used up the first spray bottle. I love the way my floors look and everyone that comes into my house comments on them. I tell everyone about your products and they can see for themselves how well they work.

Love this product. Use it on all hard surfaces. Excellent cleaner, no streaking, no odor, non toxic, kills germs through use of silver technology instead of harmful chemicals.
Haven't used it yet but I used the start kit before. I love it. I ordered the gallon size to take off waxes etc and it's green instead of pink like my other bottle. Other than that, no problem, no complaints.
Would like Fresh Start to be more aggressive...having trouble getting the prep I need
My floors were dull. They would look great for about 5 minutes after cleaning them and then all footprints and pawprints would show. There appeared to be a film that I could not remove no matter what product I tried. Fresh Start is amazing. The film was completely gone but they remained dull. Flooring Restorer took care of that. My floors are better than new. Also, I had a problem with ordering and sent an email. I received a call and the problem was solved immediately. Great products and great company.
