Product Details
The Deep Scrub (green label), along with the scrub pad, will remove old built up cleaners and any factory over sprays, waxes, installation glue, dirt, oils and grime. It will solve common problems such as the floor streaking when cleaning, dullness and foot prints, and is also great for use on newly installed flooring. This product will get your floors (new or old) very clean. Your water will end up black and very dirty. Make sure to rinse very well to get all the grime off. This will also prep your floor for the Restorer finish.
The Restorer (yellow label) is a premium floor finish is designed to protect, seal and shine laminate, bamboo, hardwood and cork flooring. This product is unlike any other product that you will ever use. Enhances the shine and durability of your laminate. Minor scratches and scuffs will disappear. It will help seal joints and prevent moisture penetration to help protect your floor from being permanently damaged. It will bring out the grains and colors of your floor. It will look better than the day you installed it! Made from the highest quality polymers in the world and is made up of 24.5% solids, making it the most durable semi permanent coating for laminate flooring. A two coat application will last over a year in most settings.
The Flooring Cleaner (red label) is specially formulated to maintain and clean your laminate floor with ease. It is a streak free product that leaves no residue or film behind. Works on Laminate, Hardwood, Luxury Vinyl Tile, Vinyl Composition Tile, Vinyl, Bamboo & Cork flooring. This product has been used to clean windows and table tops as well. 100% Biodegradable, No Harmful Chemicals or Corrosives. Specially formulated to clean with ease and leave nothing behind. It can be used on all hard surface flooring. It is a streak free laminate floor cleaning product and has a clean fresh scent. Clean and buff the floor to the shine they deserve! One quart will cover about 2,500 sq. ft. of maintenance cleaning.

Simple Process
- Vacuum or Sweep floor to remove any dirt, dust, and lint.
- Lightly spray the Deep Scrub or Deep Scrub Extreme on the floor.
- Scrub the floor with the Scrub Pad.
- Rinse the floor with the Microfiber Cloth.
- Spray a light coat of the Restorer on the floor & spread evenly w/ mop cloth.
- Let dry ½ hour.
- Apply second and final coat to the floor & spread evenly.
That's it! The floor can be walked on after 3 hours. The finish coat should last 1-2 years, depending on the amount of traffic on the floor and how well it is kept, which is easy to do with our Neutral Flooring Cleaner. Now when the floor starts looking dull again and needs to be redone, you don't need to clean the floor again with the Deep Scrub. Simply clean it with the Neutral Floor Cleaner, let dry, and re-apply the Restorer. Now you have a brand new looking floor again. You can apply the Restorer as often as you like to keep the floor looking new, it will not build on the floor like wax or other products.

I just started to use this product yesterday. Glad the DVD and instructions were included. So far so good.
I was tired of cleaning my floors only to have them look dull and, dirty hours later.
I did some research and came across info on Lamanator plus, it’s as easy as it says, spray on the deep clean, spread with scrubby pad, rinse with clean mop until water is clear, dry then spray with protectant! Voila! Shiny, fresh floors. I’ve been working in small areas so I tackle a section every couple of days. I am very pleased with the results.
I have laminate floors, I purchased my home used. I have cleaned ,scrubbed, & waxed them. So I purchased the Starter kit. It's work. But it is worth the work. Floor is coming back to like new. I HIGHLY SUGGEST GETTING THE EXTREME DEEP CLEAN. Especially if your floors are old and been waxed. I'm in the process of ordering the extreme deep clean. Thanks for such a great product.
My floors look better than they did the day they were installed. I'm 68 year old female and I did then my self. About 800 square feet. It was very easy. It just till a little time.

5 star stuff, went to several flooring store asking questions on how to clean floors and leave a little shine and I was told my floor wasn’t that type of floor. That didn’t sit well with me being an ex-drill SGT. So I came home and got on the internet and came across the lamanator starter kit and the rest is history. This kit not only met the standard I was looking 👀 for, this kit exceeded my expectation. If you have a floor that has died, try lamanator I guarantee you this stuff will bring it back alive. Make sure you watch the CD 💿 and follow the instructions.
I have to say it’s amazing. I never knew I had so much build up on my laminate flooring. The deep scrub brought all of it up. Walking on it is even better. It is a wonderful product. I would highly recommend it. I’ll post next when I use the cleaner and restoration.
I cant even tell you how awesome this product is!! I thought we were going to have to replace our white laminate. After having it for only 3 years I couldn't make it look nice anymore. I tried everything. This was easy to use and our floors now look brand new again. Thank you for a fantastic product!!
My laminate floors look new again!
This works like magic. At least a 6 year build up on my laminate floor. I’m going to need more to do my hallway, Wish I could show you a picture of the kitchen done and the dining room not. It is astonishing the difference.

Really shines and hides small scratches
My floors look much better.I only used the restore on a small section and I wasn’t pleasantly impressed!
We accidentally put Bona polish on our luxury vinyl flooring and what a mess when there are scratches and marks. I cleaned the floor 4 x with other products but it wouldn’t come clean until I found this product. It works amazing and all the polish and marks are gone. Love my floor again.
Very good product. My floors needed a second go around but that was much less labor intensive. They clean on my bare feet now. My whole house has LVT that is about 8 years old.
Unfortunately Lamanator Plus didn't work for the job I bought it to do. The laminate tile was too far gone. It was scratched and gouged too deeply to be repaired. I do believe this product will work because I could see a big improvement in the surfaces that weren't marred so badly.
A FEMA rep recommended this product after the inspection of our home after hurricane Helene as the best product to clean the floor of silt and salt from around the doors. Did a great job and we are doing the whole floors.
I would highly recommend this product for your floors. I have laminated floors my husband decided he wanted to Polish them. Big mistake after he put the Polish on the floor and it dried It was a smeary mess. We tried all kinds of products on my floors nothing worked.I went on line and Google wax removal from Laminate Floors You're product popped up I said what do I have to lose Purchase it It worked a miracle on my floors Would purchase it again Will not put anything else on my floor's butt your product thank you.
I was unsure that this was the way to move forward on my LVT plank floor. I was tired of seeing foot print and shoe prints after mopping floor by hand. The flooring is 3 years old and no pets. I followed the steps except after each very clean rinse from deep clean, I took clean micro fiber cloth and throughly dried floor. The next spray did the same thing. Then used the spray wax lightly let dry 4-6 hours before applying next coat. All furniture had felt under it. This last layer dry at least 8 hrs before moving furniture. Very impressed the floor showed no marks moving furniture back into place. Absolutely sold on this product. No more foot or shoe prints showing at all. Looks like a show floor.

The product worked great
The complete home kit allowed me to finally get my laminate wood floor clean and it now looks better than its original condition. The instructions were clear and helpful. The products worked better than expected! Absolutely thrilled with how my floor turned out. It is worth putting in the time and effort to restore your flooring!
Floor was shiner before using product
We had 800sq ft of laminate with milky look from using other cleaning products.
We used your deep scrub and restorer and it looks great! The scrub dries quickly so we did small areas. We expanded the area by using an electric floor scrubber to clean and rinse then followed up with your microfiber to do a second rinse. We now use your cleaner for regular cleaning. Still have 400 sq ft to go..any volunteers out there
We are in the process of using the products today so it is inconclusive.
It's very user friendly. I did my dining room floor today. I have to do sections cos I have dogs. I'm still waiting to put my furniture back, but it looks very nice!
